In March we added to our household with the birth of our second child. I also find myself the sole earner in our household. These are both things we knew would happen going into the pregnancy.
What I didn't plan on was that the money (earned from freelance work) that I earmarked for the publishing debt that was accrued prior to partnering with Night Shade Books would need to go into my family's coffers instead of towards the debt.
Please look over the backstock and make a purchase. If there's nothing you're looking for and you still want to help, you can donate here.
In case you're wondering, the books are The Book of the New Sun [which is comprised of The Shadow of the Torturer, The Claw of the Conciliator, The Sword of the Lictor, and The Citadel of the Autarch], The Urth of the New Sun, The Book of the Long Sun [which is comprised of Nightside the Long Sun, Lake of the Long Sun, Caldé of the Long Sun, and Exodus From the Long Sun], and The Book of the Short Sun [which is comprised of Blue’s Waters, In Green’s Jungles, and Return to the Whorl].

Wow.
That's really nice. :-)
Looks fantastic!
Gorgeous cover. I really love her poppets.
Wow! Beautiful cover art! I didn't realize you were going full color on the covers now. Looks great!
Color cover! That's great! You must be so psyched!
I am excited! I'll be more excited when I send it off to the printer later this week!
Thanks everyone for your kind words!
@amy I totally missed your comment about poppets. I have four or five, and my two-year-old loves them. She calls them 'clowns' and always takes them off the shelf and lines them up in a VERY straight row.
My office is in our basement, and there's a play kitchen for her down there, too. She's taken to feeding them yogurt. :)
